Process: Defining the Problem
Presentation to highlight the inefficiency of the current course registration process at Rutgers and the need for a well-designed mobile app. Link to slide deck (PDF)

For the project, we created two personas to illustrate the need for the app.

Process: Proposing a Solution
After conducting interviews with potential users (interview objectives and questions here (PDF)), we built an interactive prototype using Axure and produced a report / manual showing how our app would help Maya one of our user personas in her registration process (link to full report here (PDF)).
